CANDIDATE INFORMATION

You can also find this information for others (outside of Precinct 58) by going to https://elections.mctx.org and clicking on Your Registration Status.

Below you will find information that I have gathered. The links provided are all from their campaign website or whatever I could find on them. When a candidate doesn't take the time to develop a site where voters can easily access their stances, values, beliefs, or plans for the position in which they are running, then that is an instant NO from me.
The information is not opinion based but rather sourced facts. As a voter who has taken the time to search for answers and truth, I will leave the choice in your able hands. I would encourage you to consider refraining from voting based solely on friendly recommendations but rather what you believe will produce the most solid conservative Republican candidates.

As more information is available on the candidates, I will add the links below. If their name is blank, it is because they have nothing out there for voters...which does not speak well for their chances of winning.
Most of these offices will have Democrat opponents in November. We MUST ELECT THE STRONGEST CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN so that once they are in office we will not live in the fear that they will constantly be siding with Democrats in the name of "getting business done."

information you need to know
Barbara Denson - is NOT PRO-LIFE. Very weak candidate for Life. She fought to take down the pro-life stance from our Republican Priorities. Quote:"Most people are not on our side on that subject (about abortion). We're on the extreme end. If we don't go with the will of the people, we will not stay in power."

-
"If we lose, that's on you." - quote by Barbara Denson
Most conservative Republicans ARE ON OUR SIDE about the continuing issues with abortion. Ms. Denson is absolutely incorrect about her stance and I would seriously question her sources and "polls" that show something to the contrary. Nationwide polling by Gallup (consistently taken from 1995-2024) shows that an the percentage of Republicans who identify as Pro-Life, in the current poll is UP from 51% in 1995 to 72% in 2024. The reliable Republican voters who show up at elections, are staunch defenders of life!
NEW INFORMATION (2/10/2026)
Have you heard of the movement from 2024 called Right to Win? I can only surmise that they came up with that name from a play off of the pro-life movement Right to Life. How sad that the mockery of the name basically says it all: the removal of abortion from issues that voters care about the most. This group created a petition to accomplish the following:

"If we are to win the majority of the vote this fall (2024), we must focus on the issues voters care about most. Every poll says Republicans (and all voters) are most concerned with the Border, the Economy, and Crime. Yet Republican Party leaders continue to talk about Abortion and place the rights of fetuses and embryos above those of all other Americans, including children currently trapped in poverty, trafficking and the foster care system.

So that we can win the elections and save America, we implore Republican Party leaders to eliminate any reference to Abortion, Abortion Pills (Abortifacients) and the Unborn from the Republican Platform."

Hopefully, you will click that link to read the whole petition. This group was taking signatures! The use of the word FETUS and EMBRYOS is clearly a liberal stance used by pro-abortion, pro-choice, my-body-my-choice individuals who are in fact NOT PRO-LIFE and for them to even claim that stance is another cut in the flesh of every child that was ripped, burned, or cut in pieces from their mother's womb. Is this harsh? Not even close.
This is the truth about Barbara Denson, candidate for SBOE, Dist. 6. She should NOT be allowed near any policies that are made about the future of our children. PERIOD.

HERE IS A PHOTO with Barbara Denson and Mr. Mark Vincent Goloby, wearing her Right to Win sash like the suffragettes of the past who applauded Margaret Sanger for her promotion of birth control and access to abortion, and Mr. Goloby wearing a Don't Tread on my Homeschool button - how sad that he would think it prudent to take a picture with this woman who is clearly NOT pro-family by seeking to remove abortion from our Republican Priorities.
Being pro-life represents the majority of CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS.
Mr. Goloby is currently running for Governor against Greg Abbott - If Goloby was your Republican choice for Governor of Texas, I hope that as a faithful Republican, you will remove him from your ballot pick now that we see his reckless behavior and true colors.

My friends, in my opinion, as Christians/Republicans who value life, have fought for life, defend life at every instance - we should NOT vote for this woman in any capacity to represent us in the 2026 Republican Primary. We MUST SPREAD THE WORD. I leave this knowledge in your hands. This is not hearsay. This is FACT with PROOF.

MYconcern with this candidate:
-
She does NOT defend life out of fear of losing voters because she believes that voters are more focused on other issues. We may have succeeded in overturning Roe v. Wade but our fight is far from over! On the contrary, the work has just begun!
-
She refers to a human child as a fetus and wants to eliminate any reference to Abortion, Abortion Pills (Abortifacients) and the Unborn from the Republican Platform. We know that most pro-choice individual choose the word fetus because their goal is to dehumanize what they are doing. "If it's not a baby, how is it murder?"
-
She states that supposedly the majority of Republicans rate the importance of abortion in how they vote, low on what is most important to them. What she fails to recognize is that LIFE is a basic right and when the RIGHT to LIFE is removed, we must ask ourselves - what is next?
What I would've liked to have heard from her is how we should teach about life beginning at conception until natural death in our public schools. Make it part of the curriculum!
People that understand these basic truths are more likely to respect life and fight to defend vulnerable mothers and babies. As we teach health classes to our children we should also include what to do if you find yourself in a crisis pregnancy, what your options are (adoption being one), and what resources are offered to ladies before, during, and up to 4 years AFTER the birth of the child.
If we value life, we must be brave enough to defend it and not be afraid of losing voters!
Her stance is a huge hit to the dignity of life and family. Republicans are overwhelmingly PRO-LIFE and will fight wherever the unborn or children are involved. VOTE:

Wayne Dolcefino's reporting: The Sins of a Pastor
Judge Wayne Mack - and Gay Marriage. Click on Gay Marriage to read the article written by author and mother Michele Nuckolls. The article documents marriage certificates issued as recently as December 15, 2025—nearly two months after legislation was enacted to protect judges who, for reasons of conscience and faith, choose not to officiate same-sex marriages.

Judge Wayne Mack is well known for organizing large Prayer Breakfast events and publicly professing a commitment to faith-based leadership. His campaign website states that for more than four decades he has dedicated his life to public service, Christian leadership, and strengthening Montgomery County.

My concern with this candidate is rooted in Scripture and Christian conviction. God’s Word clearly defines marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God Himself. How does officiating same-sex marriages align with or uphold this biblical truth? In what way does participating in such ceremonies affirm God’s design for marriage or glorify Him?

The Marriage was officiated by Judge Wayne L. Mack on December 15, 2025, almost two months after the courts ruled that Judges could in fact refuse to marry a same sex couple

-
The Law/Policy: The Texas Supreme Court order in Oct 2025 affirmed that judges can refuse to perform weddings if it conflicts with their religious beliefs, overturning previous warnings from the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
-
Impact: This does not stop same-sex marriage in Texas, which remains legal. It only means specific judges may decline to officiate, in which case they must refer couples to another official.
He isn't the only judge capable of marrying same-sex couples. In my opinion, as a man of God and as a Christian with fairly strong knowledge of the Bible, Mack should've DEFENDED THE BIBLE'S TEACHING of marriage being between a man and a woman, by graciously declining this couple's request to marry them and then perhaps lovingly evangelizing them as to why they should reconsider (if they were open to listening - now we'll never know). We must walk the talk and not be afraid of turning people away or hurting their feelings by not participating in this same-sex union. If you cannot live your faith in your workplace then perhaps you need a new line of work? I would encourage Mack to stop preaching at churches until he gets his faith in order and do as he asks others to do: live boldly in Christ - "not when it's convenient, not when it's comfortable, not when everything is going good."
